Pansy time!

Hi everyone!  We had a great class last week!  We made these very fun pansy flowers using the butterfly punch and reinkers.  I have found some great tutorials on other blogs and here are a few links!

The card on the left was made by dipping my aqua painter in reinkers then applying to a spritzed butterfly.  The card on the right was made by applying the reinkers directly to the spritzed butterfly.  In both cases I used Shimmery White paper which gives a beautiful glittery effect!  Before I assembled the butterflies, I also curled the edges of the petals with my bone folder.  Just be sure you let the butterflies dry thoroughly before you attempt to attach the brads!

A very fun technique!
