A case of a Shelli creation from Leadership

I was asked to make 20 bookmarks for a book club, and saw a beautiful sample that Shelli Gardner made at this years SU Leadership.  I used it as inspiration and modified it to make a magnetic bookmark.  I have used the Two Tags die quite a bit !  The Clearly for You set it so lovely.  I used Naturals White as the base, and mirrored her design with the colors Peach Parfait, Pear Pizazz and Not Quite Navy.  This is a pretty color combo that I took right out of the color coach tool.

Here is a look at the inside, with the magnets.  I made the mistake of stamping my name inside first!  DOH!

Hope all is well in your part of the world!  It is almost 40 degrees here in Connecticut and feels warm!  As I sit here, there are backhoes out in our complex trying to clean up.  What a mess!  Everything has turned to ice.  I have 6" of ice in my driveway, so my day will be spent chopping...and hoping for no water in my house! But we have a long way to go and a LOT of snow and ice to melt.

P.S.  For those, like me, wondering what the No.5 means in this set, I believe it is a reference to those insect and butterfly displays you often see where they put a number under each specimen.  Often you see these numbers in collages and other artsy creations.

stamps:  Clearly for You
cardstock:  Naturals White, Pear Pizazz, Peach Parfait, Not Quite Navy
inks:  Not Quite Navy, Pear Pizazz, Peach Parfait and aqua painter
accessories:  Scallop Circle Punch
