Catching up on posts!! Here is my card for the Paper Players Challenge 46!
I love how the square lattice embossing folder looks like burlap. Perfect for a coffee card! I colored the images with my blender pen and ink pads.
I added a little mug to the inside. Gotta love those little finishing touches!
stamps: Morning Cup
inks: Early Espresso, Not Quite Navy, Cherry Cobbler
cardstock: Early Espresso, Not Quite Navy, Cherry Cobbler. Naturals White, Newsprint DSP
Accessories: Espresso Bakers Twine, Square Lattice Embossing Folder
Oooh...I really like the addition of the square lattice embossing on the Early Espresso background. And, the addition of the Baker's Twine is a fun addition, too! Great card for the challenge!

ReplyDeleteWhat a fun card - I agree, the square lattice folder does look like burlap. I never realized it before - it's one of my favorite folders to use. Now I feel like a run to Starbucks is necessary. :)
ReplyDeleteLauri, this is too cute! Love the distressing around the sentiment and the newsprint paper. The baker's twine is a great touch, too. I'm typing all of this as I sit here with a cuppa coffee myself...hee hee! Thanks so much for joining us at The Paper Players! :)
