Freshly Made Sketch 13

 Another week!  Another great sketch, this time from lesley!  I am so lucky to be able to join these ladies for November!  How fun is this sketch????




I have a few birthdays coming up, so I interpreted the sketch a bit differently and used the Party this Way set along with the Just Add Cake DSP for a bright birthday card.  I also used the Festive Finishes Letterpress Plate, inking it with Versamark for a tone on tone effect.

cardstock:  Just Add Cake DSP, Whisper White, Peach Parfait

    This is an awesome interpretation!! I love those balloons with the little pieces of Baker's Twine! The colors are great!

    Lauri, this is so much fun! The balloon bouquet is so cute. i see you used a letterpress plate, too. I ave struggled with them but maybe I need to try using them with Versa-Mark. Thanks for the tip. Have a great day! :)

    Love this, Lauri!! The balloons are such a great take on the sketch and the letterpress plate is so cool. I have the fancy fan plate and I still haven't used it yet. I've been putting off using it since it looks complicated.
