I made this card after I gave Jan some samples for the OWH throwdown. Really working on my watercolor skills! Countryside is a lovely set. I even tried some distressing techniques (not my strong suit)!
stamps: SU Countryside, Teeny Tiny Wishes
cardstock: Riding Hood Red, More Mustard, Basic Black, Newsprint DSP, watercolor paper
inks: Riding Hood Red, More Mustard, Black Stazon, Black marker
accessories: distressing tools, spritzer, Square Lattice Embossing Folder
I'd say you're definitely NOT lacking on watercoloring skills. This is super! Just got myself a spritzer after all this time - I love the way it looks with the distressing.
ReplyDeleteThis ia a fabulous card as is the sample you made for this week's OWH Challenge. I absolutely love the distressing. It's perfect with the watercolored image.
ReplyDeleteLooks like you don't need too much work on your water coloring. You did a fabulous job. Browsed through your blog. Great projects. Enjoyed it so I'm now following you. I see you live in CT; my younger son lives there also.
ReplyDeleteWow! What talent and inspiration! Thank you for sharing!
ReplyDeleteThis is a test comment!
ReplyDeleteI love this truck! It's wonderful and so are the DP's you used for it. Very pretty!
