I have seen many cards online as of late with this tone on tone cardstock background and wanted to try it out! I used the new pennant punch for this card as well as the new Pennant Punch set. I intended to do this for this week's Color Dare colors, Cajun Craze, Baja Breeze and Not Quite Navy but made the card with Cajun Craze, Bashful Blue and Night of Navy! DOH!
I like this effect! I will be using it again!
