July Class Cards

Hi everyone!  So the new catalog is here (see to the right!) and I put my first  order in last night!  So difficult to keep it short!  Hope everyone is ready to enjoy this weekend!  I thought I would share my cards for the July Technique class with you today.

I found a very similar card on Splitcoast and apologize that I do not have the link to share!  If this is your card let me know and I will give you credit!  The set is actually the set My Friend in french!    This is also a new in-color, Pool Party!

I really try to challenge myself to use up scraps and quilting is a great way!  The embossing really adds to the quilting effect!

Last, but not least, I created this pretty washed background by scribbling watercolor crayons on Naturals White cardstock.  Loving this new Fancy Fan letterpress plate!  and ... another new in-color.... Lucky Limeaid!

Written instructions are available for $10.  If you are interested, email me!

  1. I love the last "pear" card! So beautiful, yet so easy! I'm glad you mentioned it was the letterpress plate you used - I thought it was DSP!

  2. Hi, Lauri! I think I just felt some rain drops on my laptop! The first card is striking and very realistic. I love all the cards -- the quilt is so cozy and the pear is so elegant. Beautiful all! Hugs!
