The one that looked better in my head

I had this brilliant idea the other night, as usual these ideas come to me when I am asleep!  I am going to add this to the Morning Chat Challenge over at Butternut Sage Designs.  Donna hosts a morning chat on her blog, and I joined one day when I was not working.  Wish I could every day!

I had this bright idea of stamping on a transparency and overlaying on the stars. I stamped one of the images from this retired set, July Fourth, and embossed in white on a transparency sheet.  I punched out the star and a circle, and embossed the two together using the square lattice folder.

I am looking forward to some sun! I am trying to get some grass to grow in my little backyard, and right now the seed is just really wet...I don't have the patience for grass growing I guess.

Thanks for stopping by!  I am looking forward to some creative time this weekend!

  2. I think it looks great! But I know what you mean about translating something from your head to the paper! Have a great weekend!
