Storybook friends

A co-worker is expecting the birth of her first grandchild any day!  Thought I would actually get ahead...and make the card this week.  I used the sketch from Hand Stamped Sentiments as my inspiration for a Storybook Friends card.

I paired the image with DSP from the new catalog, Birthday Basics.  The fox is embossed in black and colored with aquapainters and inkpads.  I also used some of the new dots as embellishment!

The inside sentiment is from the set Cuddles and Kisses (a great, versatile baby set of sentiments).

Thanks for looking!

stamps:  Storybook Friends, Cuddles and Kisses
cardstock:  Bermuda Bay, Very Vanilla, Crisp Cantaloupe, Baked Brown Sugar, Watercolor Paper, Birthday Basics DSP
inks:  Raspberry Ripple, Baked Brown Sugar, Versamark
others:  Neutrals Dots, Black Embossing Powder, aquapainter
