Freshly Made Sketch 44

Has it really been a month since I posted anything??  I have been busy with a few special orders, items for sale and class planning at Simply Natural Stuff.  After watiching all the fun  they had at convention the last few days, pulled myself away from blog stalking to make a card for Freshly Made Sketch 44.  A challenging one for sure!

The sun is so bright today, I had a tough time photographing it! Here is what I came up with....

  • The focal circle seemed like a great way to try this technique.  The image is stamped on the inside of the card, and I punched out a circle on the front as a peek-a-boo.
  • The Moving Forward set is a wonderful, versatile set!  and, as it benefits the Ronald McDonald House, SU donates $3 for every set sold!
  • I colored with image with markers and cut off the sentiments to use separately.  If you look at the set, or get it, you will see the images and sentiments are together as one image.  But I cut them apart so I can use just the image, or just the sentiment, or mix and match!
Here is a picture of that the card looks like opened up.

That's all for now!  I am off to keep working on my special orders, banners for a wedding in august!  I am also starting the second year of the Hogwarts extravaganza...some of you may remember last year....600 wands to do this year, and I am painting the dowels first, before we start our first group decorating session on August 4!

Enjoy your day!
